Aug 11-12, 2011: Cedar Creek Open – A-Tier – SPONSORSHIP
- The Cedar Creek Open is only as good as its sponsors. We've had very good luck getting the help of businesses, the community, and generous individuals to make the CCO such a wonderful event. However, there are still many things that we would like to do with the tournament that cannot be done with our volunteers time, blood, sweat, and tears alone. Every little bit of monitary contribution helps!!
- We don't expect your support and sponsorship without something in return. We have three different level of sponsorship:

- Name / Logo on tournament banner
- Name / Logo in tournament program
- Mention during player meeting
- 5 CCO tournament discs
- 10 entries into drawing for a Chainstar basket
- Silver Level -
- Name / Logo on tournament banner
- Name / Logo on two tee signs
- Name / Logo in tournament program
- Mention during player meeting
- 4 CCO tournament discs
- 8 entries into drawing for a Chainstar basket
- Bronze Level -
- Name / Logo on two tee sign
- Name / Logo in tournament program
- 3 CCO tournament discs
- 5 entries into drawing for a Chainstar basket

- Name / Logo on one tee sign
- 2 CCO tournament discs
- 4 entries into drawing for a Chainstar basket
- Gold Level -
- If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please sign up below and email a logo to cedarcreekdiscgolf@gmail.com. If you do not have a logo, I can make one up for you. Your name or logo will be used on the shirt, banners, website, and all other print materials for the tournament to help get your name out there and show our appreciation.
